Famous actor Vijayakanth was born as on August 25, 1952 in Madurai and acted so many super hit movies like Senthoora Poove, Pulan Visaranai, Chatriyan, Captain Prabhakaran, Chinna Gounder, Sethupathi IPS, Honest Raj, Vanathai Pola, Vanjinathan, Ramana, Vallarasu and Sokka Thangam and others.
Actor Vijayakanth Started a political party named Desiya Murpokku Dravida Kazhagam DMDK In 2005 and he entered politics won from Virudhachalam MLA constituency in the Tamil Nadu Assembly polls held the next year 2006.
